Chapter 336 - Earth Dwarf King and the Ring of Judgment

Chaotic Seas, Titan Heavy Industries Headquarters—New Titan Fortress.

The previous Titan Fortress had been a Sequence 2 war machine. Even though it had been the weakest among its kind, its value had still been terrifyingly high. That old Titan Fortress had long since been relocated by Rosen into the Ancient God True Realm.

The current New Titan Fortress, however, was only a Sequence 3 transcendent construct.

Under the concealment of Wolf Totem and the stealth of the Void Shadow Realm, Rosen effortlessly infiltrated the Titan Fortress without alerting any dwarves.

Although Titan Heavy Industries was backed by the Titan Race, its main workforce consisted of dwarves.

The reason was simple: Titans were too large. Only at least a Demi-God-tier Titan could freely control their size.

Now, stationed inside the Titan Fortress was a Mechanical Titan—a Sequence 1 transcendent.

This was an exceptionally high-level deployment.

However, until they found the culprit who had looted the three major corporations, the Titan Race had no choice but to station a Sequence 1 Mechanical Titan here, ensuring that the Titan Fortress wouldn't be wiped out once again.

Rosen silently infiltrated the Mechanical Titan'smechanical laboratory. At that moment, the Mechanical Titan was deeply engrossed in mechanical research.

Just as he was about to activate his domain and seal the area to capture his target, his Seventh Sensesuddenly reacted.

It wasn't a danger warning, but rather a premonition of an unexpected outcome.

After mastering the Law of Time and Space, his Seventh Sense's perception of time-related events had increased by tenfold.

Rosen neverdoubted his own intuition. If capturing this Mechanical Titan would fail under unknown circumstances, then there had to be a hidden True God-level safeguard protecting it.

And not just any safeguard—this was a passively triggered defense. That meant the moment he tried to capture the Mechanical Titan, it would likely set off a chain reaction, alerting higher powers.

Rosen activated Mind Canvas, slowly projecting his spiritual imprint into the Mechanical Titan's Divine Awareness.

However, he failed.

The Mechanical Titan's Divine Essence was indeed protected by a True God-level force.

Rosen summoned his Miracle Sequence History Camera from his Simulated Divine Core and pointed it toward the Mechanical Titan's laboratory.

The History Camera could record past events and glimpse future outlines. Moreover, with History Law and Time Law enhancing its abilities, its effects were significantly amplified.

Through the camera lens, Rosen observed the past events that had unfolded within the Mechanical Laboratory.

He quickly discovered that the Mechanical Titan was, in fact, a True God's direct descendant. That explained why it had a divine safeguard protecting it.

More importantly, he finally learned the method to contact the Dwarven Kingdom—by using a Void Teleportation Gate that the Dwarven Kingdom had provided to establish a stable connection.

Currently, this Void Teleportation Gate was sealed within the Mechanical Titan's mechanical storage space, alongside its other mechanical constructs.

Attempting to steal the Void Teleportation Gateundetected was as difficult as someone trying to steal a painting from his own Void Gallery.

It was impossible to take it by force.

He had to find a way to outwit them instead.

Rosen quickly located a Demi-God-ranked dwarf within the Titan Fortress.

This one wasn't a True God's descendant.

The Ancient God Shackles coiled around the dwarf.

With a single thought, Mind Domination enslaved his Divine Awareness.

Turning a Demigod dwarf into his puppet was effortless.

Half an hour later, the Mechanical Titan activated the Void Portal beside the energy core of Titan Fortress.

As allies, the Mechanical Titan couldn't refuse a request from a Demigod dwarf. Since it was claimed to be an urgent matter requiring a return to the Dwarven Kingdom, refusal would only strain their relationship.

Hiding within the Demigod dwarf's sea of consciousness, Rosen easily manipulated him to step through the Void Portal.

...

In Furnace King City of the Dwarven Kingdom, the activation of the Void Portal immediately caught the attention of the dwarf guards. Seeing that the one arriving was a Demigod dwarf, they relaxed slightly.

However, before they could report the arrival, Mind Domination had already taken hold of them silently and effortlessly.

With 126 points of divine essence under the enhancement of the Ancient God's Ritual Vessel, Rosen's divine intensity reached a level that only Forbidden Deities could possess. Controlling a few non-Demigod dwarven guards posed zero difficulty.

Had the Dwarven Kingdom grown lax after so many years without an external threat?

The guards continued their duties as usual, unaware of their own manipulation, while Rosen slipped into the shadows and vanished from the grand hall where the Void Portal was located.

The hall was tucked into a corner of the royal palace, which itself was built atop a massive volcano.

Standing atop the palace walls, Rosen peered outward. Below, the underground city gleamed with lights, the air filled with the constant roar of steam-powered machinery. Above, chimneys spewed thick smoke—yet instead of polluting the surroundings, the smoke ascended into the sky, mysteriously transforming into clear blue skies and drifting white clouds.

Flipping open the Void Sketchbook, the canvas shifted, and behind him, his mind power automatically materialized an easel.

Perched on the wall, Rosen summoned the Divine Brush into his grasp and began painting.

With 126 points of divine intensity, Time Acceleration Sketch could be enhanced up to 126 times. However, Time Law boosted this effect tenfold, while Painting Law multiplied it by another tenfold, bringing his painting speed enhancement to an astonishing 12,600 times normal speed.

His hand blurred into countless afterimages, and within moments, an identical replica of the Dwarven Royal City appeared on the canvas.

Though Mind Canvas could directly imprint and replicate an image, painting by hand allowed the fusion of Divine Pigments, applying superior painting techniques. This particular piece incorporated the Divine Hand technique, granting Rosen the ability to manipulate every aspect of Dwarven King City through Divine Will, using this very painting as a medium.

Rosen turned back toward the deepest part of the royal palace, his expression mocking. He had already finished the painting, yet the Earth Dwarf King was still stalling for time?

At first, he had assumed the dwarven guards were simply too lax.

But soon, he realized it didn't matter whether the guards were alert or not—this entire Dwarven Royal City was, in fact, the Earth Dwarf King's personal Royal Authority Divine Kingdom. From the moment Rosen entered, the king had already sensed the intrusion.

Yet, instead of taking immediate action, the Earth Dwarf King had pretended not to notice—secretly buying time.

Now, Rosen no longer needed to personally paint to activate Prophetic Painting.

With Mind Canvas, he could instantly generate prophetic visions.

Though the effect of an automatically generated prophecy was slightly weaker than a hand-painted one, with the combined power of Death Law, Fate Law, and Time Law, it was still effortless to manifest a clear premonition on his Mind Canvas.

In that prophetic vision, Rosen saw Dwarven King City being obliterated—shattered by a colossal thunder hammer descending from the heavens.

The one personally delivering this devastating blow?

None other than the Earth Dwarf King himself.

The Dwarven King wasn't insane—he simply didn't care about the dwarves in his city.

As long as he could kill Rosen, sacrificing every last dwarf in Dwarven King City meant nothing to him.

Rosen had naively planned to threaten the Earth Dwarf King by using the lives of all the dwarves in the city.

But now that the king himself wanted them dead, Rosen decided to protect them instead.

These dwarves were top-tier blacksmiths and enchanters, the bearers of the greatest legacies of dwarven civilization.

Deep within the void, thunderclouds spanning tens of thousands of miles compressed inward.

In the end, they forged a thousand-mile-wide twin-headed warhammer of pure lightning, spinning as it tore through space and plummeted toward Dwarven King City. At the same time, the entire outer perimeter of the city distorted under a terrifying gravity field, forming a black hole-like force.

In a mere instant, the annihilating thunder hammer descended upon Dwarven King City.

Rosen, holding his painting, activated Canvas Descent, unfolding his painting domain over the city.

Then, he cast a mass immobilization spell through Human Figure Mannequin, freezing nearly every dwarf in the city in place.

Finally, he activated Original Painting Sealing Technique—and in the blink of an eye, over ninety percent of Dwarven King City vanished into thin air.

With millions of dwarves safely transferred away, Rosen stood atop the city walls, letting the thunder hammerobliterate him.

The massive volcano that once held Dwarven King City was instantly reduced to nothingness.

The royal palace—left less than one-tenth intact.

Everything else was obliterated by thunder, leaving behind only liquid lightning crackling with endless arcs of electricity.

But in the next moment, a horrific scream of agony echoed from deep within the dwarven palace.

The Earth Dwarf King had activated Heavenly Descent Transformation, shifting from his dwarven form into a short yet stocky giant. His entire body was clad in earthen yellow armor, wrapped in raging lightning.

But now, his left arm was completely gone, and half of his body had been charred to cinders.

Meanwhile, Rosen—who had just been obliterated—stood unharmed above the dwarven palace.

Because while he had been painting, he wasn't just painting.

He had secretly activated the Equivalent Exchange Contract Book, forcibly binding the Earth Dwarf King into a mutual non-aggression pact.

The contract stated that neither party could harm the other.

If broken, the violator would not only suffer the full damage they inflicted but also forfeit their three most treasured artifacts as compensation.

With this contract in place, Rosen couldn't harm the Earth Dwarf King—unless he willingly nullified it.

But the contract was still active—and since the Earth Dwarf King had attacked first, he had violated the terms.

As a result, the contract's power reflected the attack back onto him and forcefully seized three of his most precious treasures.

In Royal Treasury Vault, the void rippled—a ring and a forging hammer suddenly appeared.

Only two artifacts were successfully taken—the third one had failed to transfer.

The Equivalent Exchange Contract was powerful, but not absolute.

It had counters—methods to loophole its effects.

If the Earth Dwarf King's attack had surpassed the contract's ability to reflect, Rosen would've taken the damage instead.

Similarly, the contract could only seize artifacts that had already left the Earth Dwarf King's direct control.

The ring and the hammer had likely been taken only because he had lost his left arm and suffered critical injuries.

If he had been even slightly less injured, Rosen wouldn't have been able to claim them at all.

Deep within the ruined palace, the giant Earth Dwarf Kingpanted heavily, his gaze locked onto Rosen.

This unknown human posed a threat no less than that of a True God.

Though his injuries weren't light, as long as he stood upon the earth, recovering wouldn't be difficult.

What truly made him hesitate was the loss of two of his greatest treasures.

Without those artifacts, he was nothing more than a slightly stronger deity. If he continued to fight, the odds of defeat and death would only increase.

He hesitated—was it worth risking his life?

If he could at least drag the enemy down with him, the Earth Dwarf King might have considered it.

But his all-out, devastating attack had been completely reflected back onto him.

He realized that if he made another move, he alone would die, and he wouldn't even be able to take the enemy with him.

His burning fury was instantly doused as if by a bucket of cold water.

As the two stood locked in a standoff, Rosen had already begun inspecting the treasures that had been seized by the Equivalent Exchange Contract and sent into the Royal Authority Vault.

The deep blue ring was exactly what he had come to the Dwarven Kingdom for—the Judgment Ring.

As for the forging hammer, he couldn't yet determine its exact properties.

Without hesitation, Rosen activated Data Transfer, vanishing silently from the Dwarven Kingdom and temporarily withdrawing from battle.

He had no intention of killing the Earth Dwarf King—for two key reasons.

First, technically speaking, the Earth Dwarves weren't true dwarves. They were created when countless desperate dwarves had sacrificed themselves, fusing their bloodlines into a mountain, giving it life and transforming it into a Beast King species.

A Demigod-tier Earth Dwarf was born as a titled Demigod, while the Earth Dwarf King had evolved further, gaining higher intelligence to become what he was now.

From the moment he was born, the Earth Dwarf King had already possessed the power of a Forbidden Deity.

Moreover, as long as he stood upon the earth, even True Gods would struggle to kill him.

And considering that the Dwarven Kingdom had been his domain for countless years, taking his life was far harder than killing a True God.

Secondly, the Earth Dwarf King was the greatest blacksmith in the Main World.

Only a handful of beings in the entire world were capable of forging True God-tier artifacts—and the Earth Dwarf King was one of them.

Rosen wanted to capture him alive.

Though it wasn't possible right now, once Rosen became a deity, capturing him would no longer be an issue.

After waiting for a long time, the Earth Dwarf King finally confirmed that the intruder was truly gone.

Gazing upon the ruins of Dwarven King City, he trembled with rage.

The humiliation and crushing defeat made his blood boil.

Back in Dragon Realm, Rosen began erasing the Earth Dwarf King's divine essence from the stolen artifacts using Royal Authority Willpower.

Next, he sealed both treasures with Ancient God Shackles.

Finally, he activated Royal Authority Plunder to gradually refine them.

The first to be successfully refined was the Judgment Ring—and its properties turned out to be even stronger than legend described.

Without hesitation, Rosen drew upon the power of the Small World Tree, integrating the Judgment Ring into the Miracle Sequence's Transcendent Essence.

[Judgment Ring: Miracle Sequence]

[Tier: Sequence 0]

[Miracle Attribute: Grants mastery over Judgment Authority and Lightning Authority, forming Judgment Lightning Punishment]

[Miracle Trait: Sinful Judgment]

A blue ring flickered at Rosen's fingertip.

Lightning, infused with Judgment Authority, surged within his palm.

The sole Miracle Trait, Sinful Judgment, was terrifying.

The more sins a target carried, the stronger the Judgment Lightning Punishment would be.

When combined with Royal Authority Law and Crime Hunter's Unpardonable Sin, it could trigger devastating chain damage.

Rosen had originally planned to use Ancient God Sacrificial Rite to integrate the Judgment Ring into Divine Domain Territory.

He hadn't expected the Judgment Ring to be so powerful—he simply couldn't resist integrating it into the Miracle Sequence.

Now, the Miracle Sequence had overtaken all others, becoming the highest-tier Transcendent Sequence under his command.

Logically, upon reaching Sequence 0, the Miracle Sequence's Transcendent Essence should have separated from the Mimicry Divinity Core and condensed into a new divinity core.

But it didn't.

This proved that the Mimicry Divinity Core was just as powerful as a true divinity core.

That said, the Miracle Sequence had indeed undergone some changes.

Unlike other sequences, which had their own skill systems, the Miracle Sequence drew its skills from the Miracle Traits of fused artifacts.

Moreover, every single Miracle Artifact under its command could now grow in tandem with the sequence itself.

For example, the Ancient God's Holy Bell, which was originally only Sequence 9, had now advanced all the way to Sequence 0.

This terrifying growth potential was the Miracle Sequence's unique ability before reaching Sequence 0.

Now that it had advanced, it was nurturing a second unique ability.

Rosen didn't yet know what it would be, so he decided to focus on mastering Royal Authority Judgment first.

All the conditions for mastering it were now met.

With a constant influx of Judgment Authority, the skill runes for Royal Authority Judgment within his Mimicry Divinity Core finally reached completion—becoming his third Sequence 1 skill in the Noble Sequence.

[Royal Authority Judgment: Combines with Brilliance Map, allowing unrestricted judgment of all things within the domain of a Royal Authority Divine Kingdom.]

This skill was a perfect fit for all the Authorities and Laws under Rosen's control.

Aside from Annihilation of All Things, it was now his most devastating attack method.

Holding such absolute power stirred a strong urge within Rosen.

He opened the World Window, gazing at the dragons soaring through the Dragon Realm, his fingers itching to make a move.

If he could capture a few more dragon deities, he could restore the Dragon-Binding Chain to Sequence 0.

Given his current strength and resources, conquering the Dragon Realm was no longer impossible.

But after weighing the risks, Rosen decided to wait a little longer.

Right now, he could defeat or even kill two Dragon Gods—but he couldn't do it in total secrecy.

If a Dragon God, in desperation, revealed the entire situation before death, countless eyes would immediately fixate on the Dragon Realm.

He wasn't even a deity yet, and he already had the power to kill two Dragon Gods and claim the Dragon Realm?

That alone was enough to unsettle every True God.

It was enough to make them greedy—to make them obsess over the secret behind his immense power.

Even Great True Gods might begin to suspect that he possessed an unfathomable treasure—and then they might silently come knocking.

I'm strong, and the dragons are weak.

Right now, the entire Dragon Race is at my mercy.

But rather than killing the goose that lays the golden eggs, why not let the two dragon deities live—using them to buy myself more time to grow?

With the Noble Sequence 1 fully completed, Rosen shifted his focus to mastering the Painter Sequence 1 skills.

When it came to developing the Law of Painting, he had already pushed it to its limits back in Sequence 2.

At that time, he had already been capable of painting Sequence 0-level spiritual artworks.

So, rather than pursuing raw power, his Sequence 1 skills would be focused on:

Fusing the Law of Painting with other Laws Expanding the concept of painting to broaden the power of the Painter Sequence

His first Painter Sequence 1 skill would be a special law-based skill called Law Picture Book.

This skill had no offensive or defensive capabilities.

Instead, it allowed him to illustrate various Laws and Authorities through abstract painting techniques—preserving them in illustrated form.

Through the Painter Sequence Tree, these illustrations would then be shared with all painters.

From that moment on, any painter could study and replicate these lawful illustrations, greatly accelerating their mastery of various Authorities and Laws.

At first glance, this seemed like a selfless skill.

Sacrificing a precious skill slot to make all painters stronger seemed like a noble act.

But in reality, Law Picture Book did far more than just help others.

Whenever a painter mastered a Law or Authority to a level beyond what was recorded in the Law Picture Book, the skill would copy and absorb their new insights—thus expanding and perfecting itself.

As long as the Law Picture Book continued to grow, it would eventually be able to contain all Authorities and all Laws.

And as the source of the Law Picture Book, Rosen would be able to effortlessly command every single Authority and Law within it.

By then, he would have a chance to elevate the Law of Time and Space—perhaps even to comprehend the World Law itself.

Even if he couldn't seize the New or Old World's World Law, he would still be able to forge a World Law of his own—one that belonged exclusively to the Ancient God's True Realm.
