A week had already passed since the start of the simulation. While other kingdoms were prospering, in the southern mountains, the Aegyls, though numerous, were quickly confronted with a major problem: hunger. The food resources found in the mountains, like mushrooms, certain rodents, and goats, were not enough for Corvus and his subjects. They were soon to die of hunger. Corvus was thinking of a solution.
"Icare, how many days will the current reserves last?" Corvus asked Icare, his right-hand man.
"Let's say two days at most. We've hunted all the animals around here. For more food, we'll have to look much further," he replied.
"That sucks. If we only focus on food, we'll fall behind on infrastructure," Corvus thought, looking worried.
"Have you noticed any monsters around here?"
"Yes, there are monsters in the ravines, but we'll need adapted equipment for hunting."
"Gather wood and stone. And make weapons so we're not defenseless," Corvus ordered.
