The fourteen doors were not intimidating in size but in just the seer number. Looking at them gave a person a slight headache. Rachel studied them for a long time. Wooden ones, metal ones, a few made of thick crystal, and a few the purest rippling magic.
She finally chose a deep purple crystal door. The crystal was thick and rich and the purple reminded her of her sister and fate so she felt it was a good choice.
They confidently walked through the purple crystal door to find a second room of fourteen doors. Rachel stood in bewilderment. Had it been her plan to drive whoever wanted to enter this place mad? If it was she had done a pretty good style.
But it could have been Helena as well her humor tended to be a bit macabre.
Rachel had wanted to turn around as soon as she saw the fourteen doors but the purple crystal door closed with a quiet click and disappeared. She had shrugged and turned back to the new set of doors.
