They had no idea how to explain it properly, but somehow, they understood each other perfectly.
Game time always flies.
After just a few dozen rallies, hours had already passed.
Over the past two days, Karasuno had grown a lot.
And Hitoka Yachi officially ended her trial period and became an official manager of the Karasuno volleyball team.
Then came the period before final exams.
Intense training alternated with review sessions.
As everyone worked toward their next goal…
The big day arrived.
Jingle bells!
The crisp sound of the school bell rang out.
A wave of students poured out of the classroom buildings.
"YEAHHH!"
"Final exams... are finally over!!"
Tanaka shouted with joy, unable to contain his excitement.
"Tokyo training camp! Here I come!"
"You…" Sugawara sighed, pressing a hand to his forehead.
"If you failed the exams, you're staying behind to study."
"Not happening, Suga-senpai!"
"This time, I'm 100% sure I passed!"
"Boys in Tokyo—get ready for Tanaka's killer quick attack!!"

As soon as the long-distance bus reached its destination, Nishinoya and Tanaka rushed off.
The training was being held at Nekoma's on-campus gymnasium, so the team had been dropped off right at the front gates of Nekoma High School.
"That was…"
"Could that be…"
"Tokyo Skytree!!"
"No, that's just a regular tower."
Their excitement was immediately shot down by Kuroo, who had come to meet the bus.
"Hahaha!"
But the hot-blooded Tanaka and Nishinoya didn't care in the slightest.
"We're here! Tokyo!!"
Nekoma High School was located on the outskirts of Tokyo, so it didn't have the hustle and bustle of the city center.
"There's really not much difference from Miyagi!"
The newly-arrived group looked around at the scenery.
Kuroo, spotting that all of Karasuno's team had gotten off, turned to Daichi with a curious expression.
"Hey… didn't all of you come together?"
"Yeah," Daichi replied.
Inuoka and the others had also arrived.
"Where are Hinata and Akira?"
"Akira has family elders living in Tokyo," Daichi explained. "So he left Miyagi yesterday to visit them. He probably won't be here until tomorrow."
"As for Hinata and Kageyama…"
Daichi cleared his throat awkwardly.
"Well…"
"They're still stuck at school doing makeup exams because they failed the finals."
"What??"
Kuroo was shocked. "Are they going to miss the national training camp next week?"
"Ahem—no, no!" Daichi quickly clarified. "They're finishing tutoring today. They should be here this evening!"
"Oh, I see."
Kuroo smirked and patted Daichi's shoulder.
"So that means three of your main players are out. Karasuno's going to get crushed by the rest of us on the first day, huh?"
"You might not win a single match!"
"Hey, hey, hey!"
"No way that's happening!" Daichi shot back confidently, patting Kuroo's shoulder in return.
"This Karasuno is not the same as before!"
"We'll show you—don't underestimate us!"
And Daichi's words weren't empty bravado.
Since the Miyagi Prefecture Qualifiers, Karasuno had been through a whirlwind of training.
They'd played countless practice matches—against local schools and even powerhouses like Shiratorizawa and Aoba Johsai.
Through those intense matches, they'd found their weaknesses and worked hard to overcome them.
Constant repetition. Non-stop practice. Better teamwork. Stronger fundamentals.
They'd rebuilt their team from the ground up.
Karasuno wasn't just back—they were reborn.
"Hahaha!" Kuroo laughed again.
"Alright then, let's see what you've got. Once you're ready, head to the gym—the others are already there."
"Got it! We'll be right there!"
