I take a deep breath and feel the cool breeze enter my lungs. I look around and nod my head when no one is there. Good. That means my power can let me travel between worlds to its exact time. It is like a Kaleidoscope, but without the power of infinite energy, it only lets me travel the world.
I shake my head and look at the distance. I can feel it. I can use my power to take me to Winterhold. Should I continue with my original plan, or should I use my power? Fuck it. It will take days to reach Winterhold. I don't want that.
I take a deep breath and open a portal not too far away from the city but hidden enough for the others not to notice. As I step through the portal, I shudder a little as the chilling wind hits my body. As expected of the land that always snows.
After closing the portal, I walk to the main road and walk to Winterhold. As I get closer, I can see it is completely different than in the game. There are less than five houses in the game, but there are at least fifty of them here. Some of them are abandoned, but the majority of them are filled and occupied.
It is still not something that can be considered a City, but it is not as bad as the one in the game. Unlike in the game, at least a hundred and fifty people are here. When I get close to the city, I greet the guard.
"Greetings."
"Greetings, stranger. Don't cause any trouble, and we are good."
"I will not. However, I want to ask where the inn is."
"Follow this road, and when you are about to reach the College, the inn is on the left."
"Thank you."
The guard nods, and I enter the city. I follow the main road to the north, and I can see an inn sign at the end of the road. As I entered the inn, I saw people drinking and having fun. I walk to the inn owner and see him smile at me.
"Welcome to the Frozen Hearth! What can I do for you? We have warm food and warm mead to fill your belly."
"I need a room."
"Of course! Ten Septims for a night and five for two meals a day."
I put seventy-five coins on the table and said.
"I will take the room for five days, including the meal."
He counts the coins and nods his head. He takes a key from his belt and says.
"Here is your key. Your room is at the end of the second floor. Do you want me to prepare your meal? Breakfast is still open."
"Sure. What is for breakfast?"
"We have Clam Chowder and bread with either Juniper Berry Mead or Warm Cow Goat Milk."
"I will take my food with mead, please."
"Of course!"
After waiting a few minutes, the owner returns and places my food on the table.
"Enjoy!"
I eat the Clam Chowder and enjoy the food. It is good. The clam is fresh and adds flavor to the food, but just like before, it is a little bit salty for my taste. At least the bread is fresh and good enough to absorb the soup.
After eating my food, I look at the inn owner and says,
"Innkeeper, can I ask where I can find herbs to make potions?"
"The name is Dagur, kid. As for herbs and other medical plants, you can visit Birna's Oddments. She is the only one that has that kind of thing. Are you an Alchemist, by any chance?"
"And a healer, yes."
"A healer, aye? How good are you?"
"I am confident in my skill."
Even though Medea became a witch in the Nasuverse, she never forgot how to heal. She is a great healer. Even if the healing spell is not enough, I can create potions to do the job.
"Good. Do you mind if I send people to you? Some people might be willing to ask for healing from the people in the college, but as Nord, we are too prideful to do so. However, a healer from outside the college might be the way for the people to get some treatment."
"Well, as long as they do not insult me to my face, I don't mind treating them."
"Hah! You don't need to worry. You help us, and you have become one of us."
"Right. Just tell me when someone needs healing. I will be in my room for now. Traveling here is not easy."
Dagur nods his head in understanding and says.
"Of course. Go get some rest."

|3rd POV|
Jarl Korir watches as his guard gets healed by the healer who arrives in Winterhold. As much as he hates mage and magic, he thinks that a healer is different. Unlike the other mages, they use their magic for good.
Combining it with his being an alchemist, Jarl Korir's opinion of Godou is increasing. That is why he needs to tie the healer of Winterhold. Even though the Stormcloak Commander, who stays in his longhouse grumble about this decision, he also agrees. A healer is a valuable asset, especially when war is coming.
Not only will this help the people of Winterhold, but it will also help the economy in the long run. When someone wants to get healing from the College, they do not get anything because of the agreement between the two bodies. However, with the healer here, he can take some taxes for each time someone gets treatment. It will be small at first, but it will be a continuous stream of money, and in time it will increase.
He waits for all the patients to be done, and when they are gone, he looks at Godou and says,
"You must be Healer Godou, right?"
Godou stands up and gives him a bow.
"Yes, my Jarl. Is there anything I can do for you?"
"Follow me."
Godou nods and follows the Jarl to walk around Winterhold.
"What do you think of Winterhod, Healer Godou?"
"It is beautiful, my lord. It is very different from back home but beautiful nonetheless."
"Have you enjoyed your stay here? It has been what? Two weeks?"
"Aye. The people here are honest, and it is not a bad thing. Back home, it is all about politeness, but when you turn around, they will say something vile behind you."
Korir nods his head in understanding because Court life is just like that.
"That is the way of the Nord. We are an honest bunch. We are direct, like a Warhammer to the face."
Korir laughs a little and looks at Godou.
"The reason why I call you is to ask if you want to be a thane of Winterhold. I cannot offer you much. There will be no Housecarl, but I will make sure you have a home and money to start your household. What do you think?"
Godou looks at Korir for a few seconds before smiling.
"I will be honored, my lord."
Korir's face lights up, and laughs loudly.
"Great! Great! Let's return to my house. We will make it official!"
