They keep hiding for 7 years. Yaram thought they were safe but Kiran knew that this safety won't last long. One night Kiran sneaks out of the room, after almost an hour Yaram realizes her absence, he looks everywhere but couldn't find her. Suddenly he hears a cry of pain from the backyard. He rushes, "Kiran.." it didn't take him more than a moment to recognize her voice.
Kiran is fighting with some masked men. One of them attacks Kiran, and injures her arm. "Ahh!" She screams in pain. Yaram tries to step forward to help but he realizes that he is tied with a rope and can't move. After struggling and thinking, 'where did this rope come from?' He realizes that it's the same rope Kiran tied him with when they first met in the mythical world. "Kiran.." he whispers her name. "You can't..." The memory of the day when they first met flashes Infront of his eyes he stand there helplessly.
The fight went on . Kiran closed her eyes as she's collecting all of her power, she rises in air and with a scream she attacks, the whole backyard illuminates with the golden light emanating from Kiran's body. The two men which were trying to block the attack and protect others die on spot and in a few seconds turn into ashes. Kiran falls on the ground with a thud, exhaustion etched on her face. She breathes heavily. Tears well up in Yaram's eyes, he had never felt this helpless.
... FLASH BACK...
"Will we always have to fight for our place in this world..? " Kiran asks , looking a little hopeless.
Yaram hugs her gently and kisses her forehead. "As long as we fight together, nothing can beat us... And don't worry, I'll fight till my last breath to protect you..." Yaram pull back a little and look in her eyes. "Just promise me.. you'll never leave me.." he asks with immense love in his eyes.
" I promise... " She says and hugs Yaram.
....BACK TO REALITY...
The remaining men head towards Kiran, while she's lying almost lifeless.
"It's a good chance. KILL HER!" One of the remaining men orders.
Yaram panics and there's no way he can be a spectator and see his wife die. He struggles and tries to break the restraints but his efforts go in vain. "KIRAN! KIRAN, WAKE UP!!" he starts shouting, Kiran opens her eyes and whimpers in pain. The men look around to find out who's shouting and get alert. Yaram smiles as the men steps back from Kiran. "Where the hell are you!? Come out if you dare!" One of the men says.
"I'm here, Bastard!" Yaram says,and tries to move but ropes are tied too tightly. "This is the only thing I hate about you, Kiran.." Yaram whispers to himself.
The men start looking for him and in no time one of them is standing in front of him. Yaram panics and struggles trying to break the ropes but all his efforts go in vain, the masked man calls his companions. "FOUND HIM..!" he shouts the other two rush towards him, they surrounded Yaram from all sides. One of them laughs mockingly, "you were trying to save her..? Look at yourself..you can't even save yourself..!" He sneers. They prepare to attack dark energy emanates from their hands , when they're about to attack a golden energy illuminates the whole place, they all cover their eyes.
"I told you. Stay away from my family!" Kiran says. She's nowhere to be seen but her voice is echoing in the whole backyard. And in next 10 seconds God knows how, those men turn into ashes Infront of Yaram. The backyard comes back to normal, the ropes that were tied around Yaram disappears and with a loud thud Kiran falls on ground Infront of Yaram. "KIRAN..!" He runs towards her. He scoops her in his arms, she's badly injured, Yaram feels like his heart is tearing apart. "Just stay with me... Don't close your eyes.. I'll save you.. please.." he begs her with tears in his eyes.
"Yaram...I don't.. think.. I'll live.." Kiran whispers. Yaram looks away trying not to cry, and shakes his head as he can't accept the reality.
The whole backyard is ruined due to the fierce fight, and smell of burn and blood filled the air. But he smelled only her, her faint trace of jasmine, which is now fading.
She lay in his arms almost lifeless, her body trembling and her breath shallow. Blood soaked her dress staining it dark. "Why..?" That was all he could manage to whisper, it was taking his everything to not to cry like a child. He presses her wound trying to stop blood, as if trying to change the fate. "Why did you do this..?" He says,his voice cracks with emotions.
Kiran looks in his eyes and smiles weakly, which tears Yaram's heart apart. "You and Noor deserved to live..." She says, her voice barely above a whisper.
"No! Not like this... Not at the cost of you..." He says helplessly. Tears blur his vision.
"Yaram, take care of our daughter..." She says and coughs, blood stains her lips.
"No! You're not going anywhere.. you'll live and take care of her yourself... " Yaram says, her eyes begging her to stay.
" I'm sorry..I can't..." She takes a pause. " Just remember..I loved you more than anything...." She says and with that she's gone. Her body goes lifeless in Yaram's hands. "NOOO! You can't go like this!" He screams ,tears stream down his face. He buries his face in her chest and cries his heart out.
