Takao tried to combine water whip and black lightning to increase its lethality.
It took around 4 months to properly do that technique because he had struggles in using 2 natures in the same hand.
Still 20 months for the entrance exam he decided to his own wind style Rasengan. He first learned how to make 2 wind blades in shape of 'X' which took around 2 weeks.
He tried to add wind chakra nature to Rasengan which took around 6 months because unlike Naruto he cannot use multi shadow clone jutsu.
He created wind blades in 'x' shape but is keeping it from launching. He had a wind nature Rasengan in another hand he tried to place the Rasengan in the middle of the 'X' shape. As soon as Rasengan is placed the blade rotates the blades lose control and goes in different directions.
He tried it again and again for 4 months he still wasn't able to do it either the wind blades are weak and they break or the Rasengan pushes to it too fast to control it.
Suddenly a spark of idea came into his mind he created the strongest wind blades he can, he made it spin like a fan and then in the same hand he created some distance enough to place a wind Rasengan in between the wind blades and his hand.
Then he created the wind style Rasengan and slowly he placed in the middle of spinning blades the is already spinning gained even more power and started to spin at a crazy rate, the wind Rasengan slowly combined with the blades in middle of them.
After 10 seconds he released at full speed towards the junk yard.
All the electronics and mechanical waste which was in front of the attack both cut by the blades and it was shattered completely by the Rasengan power behind it.
Now even though it was waste junk yard there was clear road not even a single scrap of waste of for 450 metres.
