After leaving Jin Fengnan's home, Zhou Mingchen realized he hadn't checked his phone all night, and it was now noon. Without a charger, he had no choice but to head to the company first.
"Zhou, you're finally here. Where on earth have you been? I've been looking for you for so long." Qiu Cheng sighed with relief upon seeing Zhou Mingchen unharmed.
"Litang's Ye has been waiting here for you for quite a while, and all my calls to you went straight to voicemail," he complained. "Zhou, what on earth happened?"
Zhou Mingchen pulled out his phone from his pocket, "Ran out of battery."
"Oh..." Qiu Cheng quietly closed his mouth, "Ye seemed to want to talk about a project."
"What about the project?" Zhou Mingchen looked at him, "Didn't their new quotation already get approved? What else could there be?"
"I wouldn't know, he wouldn't possibly tell me with you not around," Qiu Cheng shrugged. "You can ask him when he gets back later."
"Where is he?"
