Chapter 35 - Chapter thirtyfive: the black calamity

Takeda and Byakuya ready themselves and it begins both but all their energy and focus into a single strike. Byakuya´s sword flashes forth but Takeda is faster and sets it aside cutting off Byakuya´s arm. Byakuya is so focused he can´t feel the pain both ready their stance again and go for a second time. This time their swords clash with Byakuya having the upper hand. Their swords dig into each other. Byakuya has manifested and arm with the help of his own magic materialising and puts all his magic into one strike. He cuts through the sword and Takeda´s head. His head is sent flying and he dies. "You are strong." Takeda says as he fades away. Now to Orochi and Hi. Hi overwhelms Orochi with his attacks while Orochi is on the defensive using his staff as a sword. Hi cuts him up but Orochi can regenerate. Orochi uses dark magic to make a scythe and attacks Hi. Hi blocks with his fire. Orochi backs up and summons a big snake. Hi cuts through the snake with ease. Orochi powers himself up with dark magic and transforms into his true form Yamata no Orochi the seven headed snake. Hi has to block the multiple attacks and goes full throttle activating his dragonification and giving him scales that absorb the fire so he doesn´t hurt himself. He cuts off all the heads and Orochi is slain. From behind Sapherion appears and stabs Hi in the back with his claws. "I told you a fate worse than death is waiting for you!" Sapherion says pouring his dark magic into him turning Hi into a demon. He is fighting it with his fire but the process has already begun. He is turning his eyes slowly turning red claws growing out, a tail and wings. Hi roars loudly and a pillar of dark fire shoots skyward showing off all his energy. The same energy powers up the gates and opens them. Everyone on the battle field is both surprised and terrified. Hi goes haywire and starts attacking everything on sight both allies and enemies. Hi´s party try to stop him but he is too far gone. Hi stops and tells him "Flee and come back stronger. Save this world from this cruel fate!" he says holding back his powers. Magnus teleports away. The gates are open and demons are free to enter the overworld. The portal is red like lava. All the demon generals come out including Rahu, who has lost his eyes in a fight and who is the devourer of magic. He can eat any magic thrown at him except strong holy magic that is stronger than he is. Rahu comes in and stops Hi from stabbing Orochi again. "This one´s a feisty one!" he says devouring his flames. "Spicy flames." he says licking his lips. Hi goes off again and fights the remaining demons killing them off. The other demon generals emerge and Akkai, Kuroi and Aoi join their leader Rahu. Sapherion is sitting on top of a ruin reading a book. "And so the demons came back to the overworld and a second calamity ensued. The third holy war had begun and the humans have grown stronger as a result of more magic in the environment!" Sapherion reads out loud closing his book. "How do you know that?" Orochi asks him. "The same way that monsters were created, the demons were there and increased the magicules in the air and so normal animals became ferocious monsters!" Sapherion says. "Can´t forget about the angels. Those were delicious!" Rahu says. "Enough remiscing it´s time our king appeared. The seven deadly sins go through the gates all of them are very strong archdemons chosen by the devil and embody each deadly sin and harness their powers. The sin of pride is big and muscular and wears shiny armor and has a white steel axe embroidered with gold, he grows stronger the more prideful he is and the more prideful his enemy is. The sin of lust is barely clothed and can take on the shape of any living thing her enemy is attracted to. The sin of wrath is bright red and uses a big sword and his flames and power grow the more angry he or his enemy gets. The sin of gluttony is a big and fat demon with muscle underneath and uses a big butchering knife, he eats anything and gets stronger the more he eats. The sin of sloth is clothed in a black robe and is always resting and sleeping, he can make anyone feel like slacking off or sleeping. The sin of greed, is a tall demon with long thin eyes that look like a fox, he wants everything he can have and can create illusions of what each person wants the most. The sin of envy is envious of everyone and grows stronger the more envious she or her enemy is. All of these can feed of the energy of others and can use it against their enemies. Finally the devil arrives. He is tall and imposing has two big goat horns with green glowing eyes big wingarms that rest on his shoulder and one long deadly tail. He wears armor covering his body with an open helmet with a crown on top. The devil can use music to bewitch both enemies and allies and let them forget about their beliefs for moment and control them however he pleases. He wears a small harp on his belt and has one thick double edged sword. He is covered in green flames of hell. He plays his harp and calms down Hi. He approaches Hi and grabs him by the shoulder. Hi kneels down. "Your name shall be the black calamity!" he says powering him up and taking full control of him. "Now let us begin our grand conquest !" He says with all his troops coming out from the gates to hell and starting the third holy war which will last a century.
