'So she was on the first testing ground?' Amin sighed after realising that. Resting his head on the bars of the cell room, Amin tried to keep himself from crying.
He didn't cry when he had first realised that Amelia and Dofu were dead but now, for some reason he felt like he would start crying any second if he didn't try to resist it.
"Someone you know?" Androsi's voice was heard a second later. She looked curiously towards the girl Amin was looking at.
"Yes, but I thought that she had died..." Amin didn't elaborate much but that was enough for Androsi. she started studying the girl even more closely after hearing Amin's words.
On the other hand, Amelia looked down with a sad expression on her face. On the first test that she took this morning, she had witnessed Dofu dying, which had left her in bitter sadness. She wasn't able to save her friend and this guilt was also weighting on her.
A squirrel type Pokemon (Regular) had put poison on Dofu and though, Amelia was able to kill the squirrel, Dofu was already half dead... The squirrel also didn't carry any antidote of the poison with it so Amelia could only watch as her friend dies in front of her.
Though this wasn't even the end of her suffering as when the first test ended, she tried to find Amin in the crowd of people that had 'survived' the first test but she couldn't find him there. She looked and looked but there was no sign of Amin anywhere among the regulars there... This led her to another terrifying yet obvious realisation... Amin was also dead... she would have found him if he was alive by now so that was the obvious thought that had surfaced in her mind after not finding Amin there.
She felt like her world was shattering after that. She had started seeing Toru, her dead child in Amin and realising that Amin was also dead broke her... She had lost her child a second time now... and she felt like she was going crazy after she realised that.
She could only hug her knees as she just silently cryed her eyes out right there among all those regulars. She didn't care what everyone thought of her, she wasn't even thinking about anything else. Sadness had overwhelmed her senses, so she only cried without worrying about anything else.
Though, after a few hours, she was able to control herself and moved forward. the deaths of her two friends did weight on her mind, but that also made her resolve to climb to the top of this tower more firmer.
Originally, she was climbing the tower to bring her dead child back to life, maybe that's not what Toru would want but maybe he does want that, who knows? Toru isn't here anymore And if she didn't bring him back to life, how would she ever know what he wants?
she 'CAN' bring him back and even after knowing how to, if she didn't do it then how can she ever call herself a mother? Not to mention that now, there were two more reasons for her to reach the top, Amin and Dofu...
Of course, she knows that it wouldn't be easy. There are many things standing between her and the top of this tower but she wouldn't give up. She will find a way to overcome every obstacle that there is to reach the top. Though, If she really had to name the biggest obstacle in her path, then it would be–
"Jahad..." She whispered the name as Amelia's eyes slightly sharpened.
The king of the tower. The great king Jahad or Zahard is and would always be the biggest obstacle in anyone's path to the top of this tower. King Jahad is the one that had stopped everyone from climbing higher floors and He is the biggest obstacle that Amelia had to overcome.
Amelia discreetly looked at a black haired boy, standing between a huge Alligator and a silver haired boy. She looked at... the 'God'.
She had been informed that an irregular has appeared in the tower and she would be receiving her first mission earlier then what was planned because of that.
To be honest, She wasn't even informed that an irregular has appeared in the tower at first as that was an extreme secret that shouldn't be leaked to anyone but it seemed that some kind of problem has acquired and 'they' decided to get any help they can.
Obviously, as someone who is also taking the tests alongside the irregular, Amelia was informed immediately even though Amelia is still new to the organisation...
Though It isn't like Amelia is against Fug, Heck, she is fully supportive of Fug as they are her best bet at killing Jahad...
So, when she was informed that an Irregular is necessary to kill Jahad and they would need her cooperation to bring him under fug, she eagerly decided to help.
The third test was about to begin so Amelia started focusing on the test instead.
As soon as the test began all the regulars started making their way towards the crown as fast as they possibly could but a hurricane came flying out of nowhere and stopped all of them. Out of the hurricane came out Khun Agnes (!Chack the name!) With a slight smirk.
He bagged the crown in his suitcase and asked everyone else to 'come at him'. At first, he tried fighting everyone but as if realising that he was out matched, he proceeded to take out the crown from his suitcase and throwing it towards the back of the crowd of regulars.
He told them to 'Fight each other' for the crown before sitting down on the thrown with a smirk.
Amelia looked at the crown for a moment. Amelia had gotten the orders to disrupt the irregular from advancing the floor. If Baam is able to win this game, he would be able to advance to the next floor directly which isn't what the higher ups want so Amelia had gotten that order.
The easiest way to prevent Baam from winning this round is to win this round as doing so will automatically fail everyone else participating in this round including Bam. Which means that she had to obtain this crown and sit on the throne. But for now, she didn't make any moves as she just watched the other regulars get angry at Khun.
It was plain obvious that they should fight for the crown but they felt like beating up the Khun guy was more necessary as he was getting on their nerves. Soon, someone from the regulars shouted that they should first get rid of Khun and his team and then fight against each other for the crown and this idea was accepted by everyone there very eagerly as they all started moving towards Khun and the others.
Watching all this Amelia started worrying that they might accidentally kill Bam as he is super weak right now, or at least he looked weak. Bam was extremely frail looking and unless he had some mastery over shinsu, Amelia thought that he should be the weakest regular or, irregular among them. As Irregulars appear rarely in the tower, Amelia felt that it would be a problem if Baam died here as he still has a role to fulfil, a role of killing Jahad for her.
Amelia looked at the crown. Her goal right now was to fail Baam, and, since she had to also prevent everyone from actually killing Baam, Amelia decided to act right now.
Amelia gestured towards her teammates about her intentions while she started acting like she would also attack Baam and his team with the other regulars.
Her teammates consisted of Aleksai, a burly looking man who had wings growing from him back and anotger regular that was wearing a red cap and red shirt, Leon 3.
