Chapter 287 - The Demon's Daughters and Wives

Without much choice, El took them to the room and let them enjoy his blood until they were completely satisfied, as long as they didn't eat his flesh.

In the corner of the room, Kayo stood with a flat expression, staring at El with sharp, judgmental eyes.

The look in Kayo's eyes was hard to interpret, whether it was scorn, regret, or something deeper than that.

El let out a long breath before looking at his daughter. "Stop looking at me like that, Kayo. If I don't let them do this, they'll lose control. You yourself know the condition of my body, don't you?"

"Still, Papa is scum," Kayo chided in her trademark sharp tone. "Even his own daughter was snatched."

El took another breath, heavier this time. "That's because your Mama turned them into demons. You should know that too."

As soon as his words were finished, Sawa and Aoi released their bites, seemingly satisfied after gulping El's blood.

However, their bite marks were still fresh, and the blood dripped slowly, leaving red stains on the white shirt and white sheets.

Slowly, the wound closed on its own.

"So thick..." murmured Sawa, her face showing an almost addicted expression.

"So warm..." continued Aoi, her eyes sparkling with the same satisfaction as her sister.

El quickly added before Kayo could utter another sharp remark. "My dear daughter, don't say ambiguous things."

Hearing that, Kayo only chuckled softly, while Sawa and Aoi, who were beginning to realize how impolite their actions were, immediately turned red and looked away.

"Papa..." called Aoi softly, her voice sounding full of guilt.

Sawa looked down, her fingers clasped together. "We apologize. Actually, we didn't mean to suck Papa's blood."

Sawa's face grew redder as she continued. "But... our instincts went crazy when we saw Papa. You look... very delicious."

El let out a small sigh, then stood up and fixed his slightly messy clothes. El's gaze was soft as he looked at them. "It's not your fault."

With a voice so calm, full of understanding El said, "What makes you like this is your mother. Even so, I know it was your own choice to become demons."

"Now, your Mama is home and sitting in the living room," El said in a flat tone, his gaze a little sharper as he walked towards the door. "I'd like to have a little chat with her."

However, before her hand could reach for the doorknob, he felt a gentle tug on the back of his clothes. When he turned around, his three beloved daughters were looking at his with expressions full of worry and sadness.

El smiled warmly, trying to calm them down. "Don't worry, I'm not angry with your Mama. I just want to demand reassurance."

After saying that, he stepped out without hesitation, leaving his daughters in the room.

Upon arriving at the living room, his eyes were immediately drawn to a white-haired woman sitting quietly on the sofa.

Her white dress looked impeccably clean, as if reflecting her attitude of being prepared for this conversation.

Seitenshi's gaze was calm, as if she already knew what was going to be discussed.

"My wife, can you explain-"

Before El could finish his sentence, a door to Infinite Castle opened right under his feet. In an instant, gravity seemed to vanish, and he fell into a vast dimension that defied the laws of nature.

El let his body fall, while above, Seitenshi stood up from his seat. Without hesitation, she walked to the edge of the Infinite Castle's door and jumped down, following El before the portal closed and vanished without a trace.

Inside the endless castle, the two landed on a platform that seemed to float in the middle of the void.

El looked sharply at the woman before him, his expression demanding. "Why did you make them into Demons? You want me to punish you severely? Do you think just because you're my wife, I won't be harsh?"

However, it was not fear or regret that he saw.

Seitenshi stepped forward, without hesitation, grabbed El by the shirt collar and pulled him close. Her face was filled with restrained anger, and in the corners of her eyes, tears welled up.

"You want to punish me? You think it's my fault?" her voice trembled, not from fear, but from overwhelming emotion. "Yes. It is indeed my fault for turning them into demons-"

Seitenshi's speech stopped, as he bit his lower lip until it hurt, and then he said "You've been gone for 20 years! Do you really understand?!"

"How should I explain to them again? Sadness and longing made them like that! They can't stand having a limited amount of time to wait for you!"

"Should I say, 'Your papa won't leave you. Just wait, then he will come back?' But when? Every year passes quickly and they know their bodies are growing!'

Seitenshi gripped El's collar more firmly, his normally calm eyes now filled with hidden anger and hurt.

"That's what I've been saying all along, do you understand?!"

Her voice broke, echoing in this vast dimension. Her pent-up emotions finally exploded, hitting El deeper than any attack he had ever received.

El could only remain speechless, realizing that all of this was the result of his own decisions, staying too long in the world of Battle Through the Heavens.

Seitenshi's words were true. Kayo, as a Beyonder, had an infinite lifespan as long as El was alive.

But what about Sawa and Aoi?

Although they have rapid regeneration, in the end they are still humans who are arbitrarily nicknamed Cursed Child just because of the blood flowing in their bodies.

On top of that, time in this world did not always run in line with the other world. If this continued, how long would they be able to survive within that limited lifespan?

Shortly after, in a soft tone, El said, "Sorry... I realize now. This is my fault. You have the right to punish me."

Seitenshi looked at him for a moment before finally smiling, though tears were still welling up in the corners of his eyes. Slowly, she released her grip from El's shirt collar.

"As long as you're awake, it doesn't matter..." she said softly. Then, in a softer voice, she added, "And... Welcome home, Husband."

El raised his right hand, gently stroking Seitenshi's white hair. "Yes. I'm home."

Silence enveloped them for a moment before Seitenshi suddenly looked away, his cheeks flushed. In a hesitant tone, he whispered, "Since you're home... Can I ask you something?"

El raised an eyebrow, slightly surprised by his change in demeanor. "Of course. What is it?"

Seitenshi bit her lip, then in an almost inaudible voice, he said, "Child... Sibling. It's been 20 years..."

El didn't need to ask further, he already understood the intentions of the demon woman before him, it was just that his brain stuttered for a moment.

"What are you asking for again?" El squinted, his voice sounding slightly seductive. "Didn't I leave enough seeds in your body?"

Seitenshi's expression flushed even more. Her blue irises slowly turned red, and he gulped. "That... was consumed by accident..."

El raised an eyebrow. "Huh?"

El's brain became even more confused when he heard the words "Accidentally consumed". El was silent, trying to digest it.

Seitenshi looked away, then muttered in a very low voice, "It's also your fault... only doing it one night..."

After saying that, she looked back at El with a sharp look, demanding reassurance. "The scent on your body... Did you meet other women while traveling across the world? Scum man!"

"It's really trash like Kayo said! Play boy! Cheater! Gilgolo! Bastard!"

Every word of Seitenshi's insults made El break out in a cold sweat and bow his head slightly, "I'm sorry... "

Seitenshi's sharp glare immediately faded, her face flushed slightly and she rolled her eyes. "But... You... Looking more and more delicious, I really want to eat you."

El raised his head and sighed heavily, rolling her eyeballs as well. Inwardly, El grumbled, 'Before I had to satisfy my two daughters... Now my wife?!'

'Put sex aside. This is strange... Why are the women around me all bloodthirsty? What kind of plot twist is this!' El continued in disbelief.
