Professor Tao looked over, his features so stern they were nearly creasing together, "You come after class is over, where's your leave slip?"
Xia Ye made an 'oh' sound, "I'll look for it."
She stood by the door leisurely rummaging through her pockets, while Yang Qiange watched her actions, her expression somewhat smug.
What on earth is she busy with every day, never even seen her at the library, and now she's not even attending classes.

Now playing truant and caught red-handed, she delivered herself the perfect slap in the face.
Why keep up the stubborn front?
She couldn't possibly produce a real leave slip; getting one from the Beijing University clinic isn't easy, especially now, looking at her full of energy, clearly not genuinely ill.
