Due to a boxing match scheduled for October, Link has been seizing every moment to train, besides taking care of the kids and spending time with the women at home. He practices for five to six hours a day at the Muscle Beach Club to enhance his own strength.
After persistent training, both his power and speed have significantly improved.
His right fist's maximum punch weight is 1720 pounds, with an average punch weight of 1620 pounds, which is nearly 40 pounds more than the test at the end of last year.
His left fist's maximum punch weight is 1680 pounds, with an average punch weight of 1500 pounds, 35 pounds more than last year.
As for speed, with a 50-pound load, he can run 100 meters in 11.6 seconds, and complete a 400-meter load run in about 45.1 seconds. His 10-kilometer test has also seen noticeable improvement.
