With the Blue Diamond, Hunting Wolf, Wanderer and Sky Wrath guilds out of the Doctor way, the mad man had easy time spreading the plague around and killing any players he found with much more ease, straight up exterminating almost all of the players on the floor.
However, exterminating the players is one thing and another is acquiring the keys and this process alone did took Doctor a lot of time for to find the two boss rooms he was looking for, since he still lacked completed map, making him wonder around the floor and even encounter the boss rooms of the bosses he has already keys for, since he original stollen some of the keys off the players he killed.
In short:
-Wonder around.
-Spread plague.
-Kill players.
-Find bosses.
-Find out too late that you killed the boss you have already key for.
-Reaped all above over and over again.
Pretty much, this was the current situation.
