These gigantic beasts, varied in appearance but all bearing pitch-black color, looked exceptionally ferocious.
Some of them were flying giants with huge black wings and sharp spikes on their bodies, while others were eight-hoofed behemoths sporting terrifying blotches on their dark forms, capable of gliding through the skies even without wings.
There were also colossal beasts coated in disgustingly sticky slime, and creatures with fur that exuded dark, smoky miasma...
Despite their diversity, these menacing black beasts acted in unison, frantically lunging towards the protective shield, clawing and pecking at it with their sharp talons and beaks, tearing and biting into it.
