Ybur didn't interfere, instead pondering his next plan. However, there were a few moments when he suddenly felt a tingling sensation transmitted through the soul's origin from the Blood Demon Champion. About half a day later, Celeste suddenly returned as a streak of blood-red light, lazily burrowing deep into Ybur's soul.
Sherry flew back looking utterly defeated.
"…What's with that expression?"
Ybur asked curiously, "Weren't you supposed to be fully in control? So why do you look like the one who got bullied?"
"…A demon truly is a demon. I should not have underestimated her," Sherry said grimly. "I cycled through every play I could think of, yet she just seemed to enjoy it all…"
