"Eh? Eh?!"
Yajirobe stared blankly as Goku shot off into the distance, completely confused by what he just said.
Without hesitation, he jumped into his flying car and chased after him.
Back at the ruined city, Goku arrived anxiously and began scanning his surroundings.
"So weak… Gohan, Krillin, Tenshinhan, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha's energies suddenly dropped sharply… And Krillin and Tenshinhan's energies are moving… There's also something strange nearby."
Sensing the odd presence, Goku frowned.
"AAAAHH!!"
Just then, Yamcha's pained scream echoed in the distance.
"Yamcha!"
Without delay, Goku flew toward the sound.
Inside a collapsed building, Yamcha lay badly wounded, sprawled on the ground. Two Xenomorphs loomed beside him, glaring hungrily.
One of them had grabbed his leg, dragging him away.
"Let go of me!"
Yamcha tried to resist, but the other Xenomorph punched him hard in the gut, completely robbing him of the strength to fight back.
Under normal circumstances, Yamcha could have easily handled two Xenomorphs.
But after taking a direct hit from that massive robot's energy cannon, his injuries were too severe. His strength wasn't even a tenth of what it should've been. The Xenomorphs had taken full advantage.
"Damn it!"
Yamcha gritted his teeth, uncertain what fate awaited him.
"Let him go!"
Just then, Goku's voice rang out.
Two energy blasts pierced through the air, blowing holes clean through the Xenomorphs' skulls and dropping them dead on the spot.
"Goku!"
Yamcha looked up, overjoyed to see his friend landing beside him.
"Yamcha! Are you alright? What happened here?"
Goku quickly helped him up and asked.
Cough "We split up to rescue survivors… but I was ambushed. I don't know how the others are doing…" Yamcha replied weakly.
"Here, eat this."
Goku gave him a Senzu Bean, instantly restoring Yamcha to full strength.
"Gohan's energy just spiked… is he fighting too?" Goku turned to the next location and took off, leaving Yamcha behind.
Meanwhile, Gohan was locked in a tiring battle with two Xenomorphs.
These two were especially cunning. Sensing Gohan's latent strength despite his injuries, they didn't fight head-on, instead using hit-and-run tactics and staying hidden.
But Gohan could sense their energy and continuously launched energy blasts to flush them out.
Unfortunately, this only drained his stamina even faster. The Xenomorphs dodged each blast with ease, avoiding damage entirely.
Finally, at the moment Gohan was nearly out of energy, both Xenomorphs appeared beside him, delivering synchronized tail strikes—one to his stomach, the other to his back. Gohan collapsed in agony.
One of the Xenomorphs grabbed Gohan by the head, lifting him as they prepared to leave.
"Put my son down!"
Goku dropped from the sky like a thunderbolt, stomping one Xenomorph's head flat before it could react.
Then, with a punch to the chest, he blasted a hole through the second Xenomorph before incinerating it with an energy wave.
"Gohan! Are you alright?!"
Goku caught his son and quickly fed him a Senzu Bean.
"I'm okay now, Dad. But… Uncle Krillin was taken by one of them."
"What?! Krillin was captured?! What the hell are they trying to do?"
Goku's expression darkened.
"Wait, what about Tenshinhan and Chiaotzu?"
Just then, Chiaotzu emerged from a pile of rubble, looking pale and barely able to fly.
"Goku… Gohan…"
"Chiaotzu!"
Goku rushed to him and gave him a Senzu Bean.
"Where's Tenshinhan? Wasn't he with you?"
Goku asked urgently.
"He… he covered my escape… fought off several Xenomorphs… But he was already badly hurt… They got him…"
Chiaotzu choked on his words, tears running down his cheeks.
"Damn it! We've got to get them back, fast!"
Goku clenched his fists. The scenes he had seen on the monitor came flooding back—he remembered exactly what happens to people captured by Xenomorphs.
"ROOAARRR!!"
Suddenly, monstrous roars echoed from the distance.
The remaining monsters from the blood pool had arrived, swarming toward the ruined city.
There were still a lot of them—massive ones, small ones, every type imaginable. The moment they entered the town, they began destroying everything in sight.
Countless innocents perished in the chaos. Screams filled the air.
"Damn it… We have to deal with these first! There's no choice!"
Seeing the destruction, Goku knew he couldn't ignore them. He had to wipe out these creatures before rescuing Krillin and Tenshinhan.
Meanwhile, on Piccolo's end—
He was locked in a fierce battle against more than a dozen Siren Heads.
"YAAAAHHH!!"
Piccolo fired energy blasts in every direction, keeping the Siren Heads at bay.
They quickly realized how powerful he was, and instead of taking his attacks head-on, they began phasing out of physical form, letting his energy pass through harmlessly.
Then, still intangible, they rushed at him with blinding lights and earsplitting soundwaves.
As Piccolo closed his eyes to resist the glare, the Siren Heads became tangible again and attacked him with relentless punches and kicks.
"Don't underestimate me!!"
With a roar, Piccolo exploded his energy outward into a protective barrier, blasting the Siren Heads away from him.
But several of them responded by warping space itself.
They twisted his own energy back around him, creating a crushing pressure that made him scream in pain.
"You bastards!!"
Piccolo gritted his teeth, enduring the blow while firing ki blasts wildly around him.
The Siren Heads didn't give him a chance to land a hit. They phased out again, slipping through his attacks like ghosts.
Piccolo, however, just kept firing. To an outsider, it looked like he was desperately lashing out.
"Damn it… They're not that strong individually, but their abilities are a huge pain!"
He cursed, getting more and more frustrated.
Then, one of the Siren Heads emitted a different kind of screech—this one wasn't powerful, but unbearably high-pitched.
"AAAAAAHHHH!!"
Piccolo screamed, clutching his ears. His advanced hearing made the sound torture, far more intense than what a normal person would feel.
