The cycle of bloodshed would have just continued.
But, alas, Zeng had to make a decision.
Recalling his first day in the warehouse when Ren had decided to take him in after finding him in the subspace, Zeng smiled.
What was it Ren had said to him?
His first instructions as a member of the ragtag team of Raven, Ren, and Zeng.
"Listen to this guy, and don't complain."
It had been something like that, hadn't it?
And, of course, the "guy" referred to Raven.
Turning around with a grin still on his face, ignoring the now-charging Liam, Zeng said to Raven, who was behind him.
"Destroy the seal or not?"
With a solemn expression, Raven simply sighed before responding.
"Destroy."
All of a sudden, all the doubts that were in Zeng's head about the decision disappeared.
After all, if Raven or Ren told him to do something, as their employee, he was obligated to do it.
