In the distance, a palace loomed—an enormous structure of marble and gold, though parts of it had crumbled with age, leaving gaping holes in the walls and roof. Despite its ruin, the palace still exuded an air of divinity and power.
As they approached, the atmosphere thickened, the air growing heavier with each step. The once-vibrant forest had long been consumed by darkness, yet the palace still pulsed with faint energy, remnants of the god who once ruled over this land.
