Above the citadel of the United World Government was its crown, there dwelled the Authority, the sole regent of the World Government. His duty was not that much different than that of an emperor of an empire, though he might be an eternal one for he stands above the heavens itself. He was Abraham Shepherd, and now, his eyebrows furrowed upon a piece of paper.
It was a file, the first war report since the beginning of the Operation Retribution Freedom.
