The Tan family is a family of scholars and serve as civil officials under Lord Wu Tongwei.
They manage all the major affairs of the city with ease, especially Tan Wentian, who handles them completely effortlessly.
Upon arrival at the Tan family residence, Lu Chuan and Lord Wu Tongwei were led by the caretaker to Tan Canghai's room.
