The battlefield stood still. Silence filled the air as all eyes fixated on the fallen head of the Space God. No one could believe their eyes. A mortal, Kent Clark, had slain a demigod with a single strike. The heavens themselves seemed to hold their breath as the truth of the moment sank in.
The Space God, a being of celestial might, had not even managed to react before his end came. His body lay lifeless on the battlefield, his divine blood staining the earth.
The first to break the silence were the allied demigods of the Space God. The Fire God stepped forward, flames flickering wildly around him. His voice erupted like an inferno.
"HOW DARE YOU?! Do you think you can kill a god as you please? The Space God fought for the balance of the spirit world, and yet you struck him down like a common enemy! You, an immature brat, dared to kill a deity while he was not even in battle stance?"
