The East Base believes that Little Tyrant Base has underground water resources, arable land area, and seven high-rise residential buildings within the community. They also have a reserve of fuel and bulldozers, excavators. It is estimated that there are currently fifty to sixty people in Little Tyrant Base.
The East Base warns that if Little Tyrant continues to increase the zombie population of New South City through various means such as fireworks, they do not rule out the possibility of launching an airborne assault on Little Tyrant Base and eliminating it once and for all.
