"Hahahahaha!" Ossa's laughter interrupted Francesco, streaks of green lightning flashing around him, scorching the tree of bones on which he was sealed.
"What the..." Francesco's pupils dilated, his brow creased as he looked at the supposed madman.
The seal that was meant to completely destroy unsealed him, as Ossa's mental strength skyrocketed, the mental world quaking with every laugh from Ossa.
"You used me..." Francesco realized. Ossa was truly bluffing there, having only gained consciousness, allowing him to send messages and nothing else. Yet, Francesco, who had thought otherwise, tried to completely destroy him, allowing Ossa to add the final change to the spell—to aid instead of destroy him.
