With Dark making both a mental and digital note to investigate his past he moves on to more present problems like if he wants to send his troops to intervene in the many small conflicts to train his military but just as he was about to make a decision Red appears from the holo projector.
Not long after she appears she begins to speak " Dark if it's training you want to do than I have a suggestion and an idea there's a civilization in close to us that abouses the fact it's on the outer rim far from the republic and goes around conquering planets and enslaves the residents of the planets after conqueroring them they even do genetic alterations on some they call themselves the Elders but the resident they conquer do not know they exist instead they use a faction of their civilization call Advent" after Dark hearted that name his emotions went berserk.
Dark knows this name it's from a game from his last life called Xcom 2 but if they are here than that means that so is earth however Dark knew that was impossible Star Was as the intro credits says was in a galaxy far from earth than it hit this Galaxy was not the same as the star wars he knew it was bigger much bigger meaning it's entirely possible that this Galaxy was not just one but multiple put together and by the looks of it these Galaxy were from the entertainment media from his last life.
Luckily Dark could cross his chances of seeing Zerg or the reapers since the advent is here it means that the Earth here will most likely be the one from Xcom but it brings up the question that what other universe will appear and was the system device a lie instead of opening the portal to Star wars it merged multiple universe together.
Dark Pov
The only thought on my mind is how the hell am I suppose to use my foreknowledge to help me if this universe has so many unknown variable that could change the core of events that i know so far everything is going smoothly in 10 years palpatine will join the republic Senate and begin the plan to divide the republic.
It exhausting trying to change as little as possible and now I know that some unknown races and civilisations that were never in the canon are here it makes this more difficult but on Reds suggestion the Elders and Advent will cause many problems especially if they are doing the same as what they were in the game if so maybe I could go help Xcom and invite earth to join my empire would also be could to meet the character that the player represents who only goes by the name Commander.
The Commander would also be a good general so it would be beneficial it helps that the clones use human genetics as a basis so having friendly relations is good not to mention I could acquire some Advent tech to bolster my troops I am also aware that due to mine and my teams personal abilities we would be unable to use the psionics that Advent uses but our troops and Xcom troops are another thing.
Not to mention Earth was once my home even if it's not the same one I was originally from I still have a connection to it so projecting this earth instead of my original one is something that I should do as a former resident of my Earth.
3rd person pov
Destiny who was able to know Darks thoughts would roll her eyes if she could, since she knew he was just trying to find a reason to justify his attack on advent.
If the republic got involved even though she thought it they would not get involved she was very impressed with how prepared Dark was going to be, even the republic could not fault him for getting involved since he said earth was his home and if they did test they would find he was not lying since all humans despite being the same race had minute difference depending where they were born.
This difference was on a genetic level so it may not be visible thats why most humans looked alike but always stayed in factions since even in star wars there were still human colonies in the outer rim but the core and inner world planets still looked down on them like the alien races of the outer rim.
As for Darks plans to intervene it was something that Dark was thinking about before the Elders and Advent were found to be here along with earth as for how Dark intends to find earth that's easy after learning that earth was hear Dark calls red to go through the star charts of both the Jedi and Republic to find it.
Red being as resourceful as always took less than an hour to find it surprisingly though the Republic Star charts do not have it it was the Jedi one that does and it's even labeled as a forbidden sector meaning the Jedi pretend this system does not exist seeing this Dark realises why it's not in the Republic Database the Jedi removed it.
After a little more digging Red finds only a single name connected to the system in the Jedi Database Reven hearing this name Dark had to think for a bit as to where he had heard the name before he found his answer knights of thenold republic although he never played the game he has heard reference to it in many fansites of star wars.
Dark Pov
If I remember right Reven was a Jedi turned Sith Lord who eventually became the leader of the Sith of the sith empire but was later betrayed by his apprentice but was saved by a Jedi but the Jedi and Reven ended up being bonded through the force It all ended with the destruction of the StarForge.
3rd person pov
The rest of the events are a mystery to Dark he never played those games but he now wishes he did however he did know that the gender of Reven in those games was up to the players he was curious why Reven exists in this universe but it was not important he now knew where he needs to go.
After gaining the information he needed he order red to have a large supply of weapons and armour in supply he needs to have something to offer Xcom to show that he wants to help otherwise they will assume he is just like advent.
After thinking for abit Dark realise what about the Chosen are those monsters at earth as well since they were only apart of the expansion war of the chosen it was important since if they are there than he doubts it will be as easy as in the game to defeat them in combat since games and real life are marginally different.
