If the Monster Force could not be conquered, Zhou Tian simply planned to make them his enemies. When Zhou Tian no longer wanted to conquer that Monster Force, his considerations on how to deal with them diminished.
If Zhou Tian still desired to conquer them, he would certainly have to consider the monsters' sentiments. In such a situation, even when opposing them, Zhou Tian would have to show mercy to avoid pushing the monsters to desperation.
