Elsa knew she was likely defeated. With such thick armor, she could have pierced through almost completely in her prime when her energy was abundant. But now, Elsa estimated that even piercing through the sixth layer might be problematic.

As layers of armor were pierced, the light on Elsa's wings dimmed further. Clearly, it was no longer possible for her to keep going, but she persevered, hoping to breach more armor so that the following Dragon Knights could take advantage of the holes she had made.
