Orlyn's expression darkened. "Professor Sycamore, right now we are being forced to retreat because of him. If we could capture him, I'd gladly provide him as an experimental subject for you."
"If he were alive, that would be ideal. But if that's not possible, then I don't need a living specimen. A dead one will do just fine," Sycamore's voice was laced with icy detachment. "Don't tell me you have no way to kill one human. I refuse to believe that."
