These three forces represent different peoples' interests, each possessing immense power. Although their support for the Jade Emperor is unquestionable, they also have their own interests to assert.
The factions within these three powers are only a rough division. They can be united when competing for internal interest divisions under the Jade Emperor, but within their own ranks, there are many divisions.
Just like within the Court faction, there are divisions between Civil and Military Officials and between Noble Officials. These people are not part of a single camp, and even the same Civil and Military Officials have their own agendas. Those Noble Officials come from different backgrounds, each with their own interests; the Military Generals are divided between the Border Army and the personal guards.
