Originally three-dimensional Strange Story Creatures, after being hypnotized, would gradually transform into two-dimensional shadow creatures, becoming followers of Xu Cixi and providing her with the Power of Faith.
From the appearance of the two-dimensional creatures, they resembled the Black Shadow Legion, and bore some similarities to the Shadow Servants in the Universe of Yu Liang.
