Ethan Herd shook his head, "The problem isn't that, Gabriel Johnny, the key is you. Why would you show up here? What are you up to?"
Gabriel Johnny's complexion wasn't great, somewhat pale. He had come in drenched from the rain outside, with rainwater running down his face. Those eyes, like cold stars, sent shivers down one's spine. Meeting his gaze made it very easy to overlook his appearance: handsome, noble, indifferent, his facial features even more refined than Kavin Johnny's.
He exuded an unwarranted sense of mystery as if, in the blink of an eye, he could meld into the darkness and vanish without a trace.
Gabriel Johnny said, "I... have something to attend to!"
Hearing this, Ethan immediately turned around, "Damn... wife, where's my wife..."
Gabriel Johnny grabbed hold of her, "What are you doing?"
Ethan tried to pry Gabriel's hand off, "Of course I'm going to take my wife and get out of here fast. Nothing good ever happens where you appear."
