With that, the troll turned his attention to the armoured knight, throwing his right leg forward in a powerful kick. The knight raised its shield to block, but the sheer force behind the impact shattered the shield and sent the metallic golem hurtling through the air.
As the knight was flung backwards, the troll leapt after it, closing the distance in an instant.
From below, Jamie cupped his hands around his mouth and shouted, "Go, Vuzashi! I choose you!"
[That joke is thousands of years old already!] Vuzashi bellowed back.
But even as he shouted, he swung his great sword overhead, bringing it down with the intent to split the armoured knight in half.
At the last moment, the knight twisted and rolled aside, barely avoiding the strike. The impact of Vuzashi's sword split the earth open, carving a ravine that stretched over a kilometre in length.
Watching the knight evade his attack, Vuzashi smirked.
