If Inala spent time and resources to recreate the unstable Vara Spirit Weapon—with the effect of Voracious Cultivator—that stored a Tangible Millinger, time and again, using it to imprint traces on his Prana that was then fed into Rutham, the Rutham would eventually turn into a Spirit Weapon.
For the past five years, Inala has already had the means to do it. However, he had only refrained from doing so for one reason—influence.
Secondary Nature—Weapon Hands!
It allowed him to turn his hands into a Spirit Weapon for whatever mineral he touched. And influence stemming from it was of no concern, thanks to his Primary Nature, which kept switching his organs and prevented any influence from accumulating.
However, if his Weapon Hands were to turn into a Minor Treasure, the influence would power through his entire body, including all three sets of internal organs.
