Walking back, we found that only two groups got affected. The others acted pretty chill, discussing amongst themselves in low voices. Nobody cares about those that were turned into stone.

"Hey, Venus! I'm just asking by the way. Where are those guys from? I mean, those who turned into stones." I made sure to whisper my curiosity because it would be embarrassing if I was heard.
My friend, Venus, turned her attention to a little girl who had two stone statues by her side. The girl was dark-skinned and black-haired but she wore a pure white dress, a small crown shining with diamonds adorning her head.
Her light-green eyes showed wisdom beyond her age, staring at a female statue dressed in some ethnic tribe that I'm sure doesn't belong to the same tribe as her.
She also did the same with the other guy whose body was packed with muscles, complex patterns tattooed on his entire body.
