"What?!" Bo Luncang's eyes went wide. He was getting real tired of being surprised every five minutes. No time to rest, no time to breathe—just one shock after another.
"The Prosperous Stone Immortal Star actually sent an army of cultivators to the Immortal Martial Continent?!"
Weren't they done with that place? he thought, baffled. They haven't shown interest in the continent for a million years! Why now? And why send so many?!
If anything, he would've expected a small scouting group—maybe a few dozen at most. Not a full-blown army.
"Damn it!" he growled, running a hand through his hair. "That ruins everything I had planned for the Western Ice Domain. Guess that's off the table now."
Grinding his teeth, he shoved those plans aside and turned his attention to the real problem: the army coming through the Pure Frost Domain.
"Find out how big that army is," he ordered sharply. "I don't care what it takes—we need that information."
