As they were chatting, Di Tou suddenly recalled the odd fairy tale he had picked up from the Selfless Pavilion as a partial credit reward for attempting the trial. Seeing as they had chatted so long and that the fairy tale, although supposedly connected to what Di Tou most desired and needed was rather vague and had no clear connections to Earth, he brought it up and asked Hu Da Li and Lady Hua about it.
The fairy tale itself was very simple, a young boy found a wishing fairy and made three wishes at different points in his life. The first time he wished for food to overcome famine, and recieved seeds, the second time he wished for a method to create walls and houses to keep people warm, and the fairy gave him a rock that revealed a recipe for building material that could be locally sourced. The last time the boy was middle aged, and was sick and went to the fairy to wish for health, but in the end tripped over a rock and fell over a cliff.
