*Raining*
In an alleyway, a purple and red light shone as a blue portal appeared and a humanoid boy stepped through the portal that then closed.
"Time for some fun"
The boy said as purple crystallized wings sprung from his back phasing through the shirt and with one swing the boy disappeared from his current spot appearing 10 miles away in a mere millisecond(19% the SOL).
The boy landed on the compound of a closed school named Ethon Senior High School.
His wings retracted and he walked onto the empty compound in the dead of night and walked for 10 minutes until he stopped in front of a lone building labeled School Staff.
He walked forward as he walked through the door phasing through it and continued until he stopped in front of a room with dark glass and signs of life inside the door that had Principal on it.
The boy closed his eyes as his presence could be sensed once again.
"Come in"
A feminine voice came from inside.
The boy went in as his face was censored from the world and nothing tried to question it.
"Who are?
The woman said feeling an immense amount of calm.
"I'm what you could call a benefactor if you do something for me I will reward you with anything you want"
The boy said as the woman felt a great completion to accept.
"What is the favor and what can you offer in return"
The woman said.
"I want you to enroll a student for me with some privileges and in exchange, you will obtain an extra superpower related to whatever you desire"
The boy said as the woman could not see his face.
"Who is he and what is he to you"
The woman said as her passive lie detection detected no lies.
"Here and he is nothing really to me but his father was an old friend of mine who recently died, so I'm only helping him out"
The boy said as a document appeared on the woman's table.
"I didn't even detect the usage of a skill, who is this person?
The woman thought but she under the influence of immense calmness took up and read through the document.
"Quinn Blake, age 17 about to turn 18 tomorrow, Mother deceased, father unknown, power; purple flames, body physique is twice the average human, lives in apartment complex 23 at Red Hills"
The woman read.
"He seems just about qualified to note that sending him here could cause him harm as the average student is 3 times the average person"
The woman said.
"Ok, what power do you desire?
The boy said as 5 crystals appeared, each one with something different.
There is one with a clock, one with an image of space, another with a sweating girl warping reality, another with a man conjuring storms that spread across a mountain range, and another with a guy who regenerates from full-body destruction within 20 minutes.
"I choose the last one"
The woman said as the crystal shot into her chest and a burning sensation spread through her body that lasted 2 seconds but to her, it felt like 400 years.
She looked up to see that the mysterious individual disappeared and a note and a phone labeled Astral were there.

A blue-haired boy with crimson-red eyes was wearing the uniform of Ethon Senior High School, with his bag hung over his shoulder like a typical anime character.
He continued walking but someone bumped into him from behind.
"Hey watch it lowly commoner you just bumped into the daughter of the Governor of Grandett City"
The girl with red hair and light orange eyes spoke rudely at the blue-haired boy while holding a girl with a surprised look on her face.
The girl with light green hair and light purple eyes stood up with a slightly irritated tone.
The blue-haired boy avoiding trouble just walked away but the red-haired girl grabbed him as her left hand emitted crimson flames.
The blue-haired boy shook off her hand easily a looked into her eyes.
"What is your problem she bumped into me"
The blue-haired boy spoke.
The red-haired girl got more irritated as the flames in her left hand got more intense almost the heat of a normal fire.
"Fera let it go, I will let it go just this once"
The light green-haired girl spoke.
"But Zayla...
"No come"
Zayla said as she walked.
"If I ever see you again I will make sure you are expelled"
Fera said as she followed Zayla.
"Oh expelled"
The boy said as his crimson-red eyes flashed Indigo before returning to normal and the blue-haired boy continued.

The boy arrived at his classroom door went in and took a seat, he glanced over the room and saw 3 guys talking,6 guys talking, 6 girls arguing, and 2 other girls talking to the two girls from earlier.
The classroom door opened and a man wearing professional clothes walked in fixing his shirt's cuff links.
"Morning class it's another beautiful day and I just heard we have a new transfer, Quinn will you please stand and introduce yourself"
The teacher said.
The blue-haired boy stood.
"My name is Quinn Blake and my power is Purple Flames"
Quinn said as he sat back down.
"I am Mr.Rex and will be your teacher for this year"
The teacher said as he began class.
"Ms. Zayla do you need me to investigate his background"
A blonde girl said quietly, but Quinn could hear her.
"Reya you are granted permission"
Zayla said.
"I should start making some deals maybe tonight"
Quinn thought.
"Quinn is that right"
A silver-haired boy said holding out his hand for a handshake.
"I'm Jake"
The boy said.
Quinn took his hand and shook it, but detected a pathetically weak psychic intrusion.
Quinn looked the boy in the eyes as Jake felt immense killing intent while feeling as if plunged into a river of his blood and drowning over and over.
Quinn's face turned into his true face which was almost enough to overwhelm the brain of Jake who stepped back with fear across his eyes.
This moment that seemed to last an eternity only lasted for 1/2 a second.
Jake's eyes opened wide and he returned to talking to his two friends.
"What happened Jake seems sacred for some reason it must have something to do with Quinn"
Fera said quietly but Quinn heard and smirked for a second.

At lunchtime, everyone hurried out of the class to eat lunch cause as superhumans they naturally consumed much more than the average person.
Quinn went out into the hallway and continued walking till he walked passed a girl with pink hair.
"Shit I don't have enough coins to pay Jessica she's gonna beat me up"
The girl thought as suddenly she was jolted into reality as it turned out to be our MC Quinn.
"I can give you anything you desire, but at a cost"
Quinn said as the girl couldn't explain but she felt compelled to accept.
"I want the power to defend myself and never be oppressed again"
The girl said with the slightest bit of hope.
"I can grant you that but you must become my informant now tell me your name"
Quinn said as their conversation was being protected by a conceptual warp in space.
"Anna"
The pink-haired girl said.
"Anna do you accept to become my spy with the condition you must not reveal anything of me or our contract will be void in return you will get power to no longer suffer from oppression"
Quinn asked holding out his hands which were enveloped in a purple flame.
After a bit of hesitating Anna shook his hand as a demonic symbol appeared on her thigh which was covered by a skirt.
Anna shone with a Gray light, then blue, then orange, then green, then yellow, and finally Red.
"It can be noted that there are 10 stages of a superhuman and each stage is divided into 10 sub-levels"
"peak of stage one can fight bearcats, the peak of stage two can hold up house-sized meteors, the peak of stage three can punch through a hillside, the peak of stage four can topple buildings with one motion, the peak of stage five can wipe out entire towns, the peak of stage six can lift a weight equal to a hill, peak of stage seven can decimate cities, the peak of stage eight can wipe out entire islands, the peak of stage nine can shatter a continent, peak of stage ten can shatter the moon and even multiple continents"
Quinn said.
"This girl is at level 7 of stage seven making her one of the few superhumans who have reached or surpassed stage 7"
Quinn said.
A dark purple energy permeated from the girl as her eyes glowed royal indigo.
"This power it's incredible, I feel I can even take on the Principal"
Anna said with arrogance as her pink haired fluttered beautifully.
"In your dreams the principals main power called Spatial Control is at fourth level of stage 7 and her second ability Regenerative Body is at the 3rd level of stage 1 right now which is better than you who has reached the second level of chaotic force control stage 7"
Quinn thought but didn't say it.
