After listening to Duke Letten prattle on about his scheme, I have come to understand some things about my past. I never thought my parents' marriage was one filled with love. That was obvious. However, I never could have imagined my father would place such little value on human life. On my mother's life. It's still hard to believe that my father is the one behind two of the most traumatic moments of my life. I wonder what our life would have looked like if we had a loving family. My mother loved us at least. I never doubted her affection. She single-handedly raised Kista and I. My father likes to take credit for how Kista turned out but it was our mom that did everything. The only thing my shitty father did was teach Kista how to be a "good" king. Learning about the missing pieces of my life has oddly given me solace. I am still in shock but I find it easier to breathe. Now it's time to wrap all of this bullshit up and move on with our lives once and for all.
