What is a Wizard?
Up until now, the council had not been able to provide an accurate definition, but generally speaking, individuals who possess the talent to manipulate Magic Power and can master and apply its principles through learning are referred to as Wizards.
Training a formal Wizard is not an easy task; talent alone can eliminate many, with an average training duration of over ten years!
Such significant restrictions, coupled with the lengthy time required, make it difficult to increase the population of Wizards.
