After returning from the poison swamp dungeon, Rune and the girls took some much needed time in the bath to relax and wash of the grime. It had been expected that Stella and Rienn would join him. There were Rune's women. But he was surprised to see Shiro tag along too. She kept a gruff expression on her face stayed at a certain distance, but everyone once in a while, he would catch her glancing over.
Many thoughts ran through Rune's head. He began to wonder of maybe Shiro was developing feelings for him. As had been his stance for some time now, he wasn't against accepting more women into his harem as long as they were fragment holders and it was what they truly wanted. But he wasn't going to actively seek their affections himself, nor was he going to be adding any strangers into his group.
