The new Lord of the Xia Hui Territory, despite strict demands and tight schedules, is overall a good person, especially as he pays employees very well, which is more than can be said for many of the seemingly generous established Nobles.
And this Manager Gama, under him, although recently promoted through a civil service examination, is indeed reliable in his work and takes good care of his people, much more so than the Stewards in several other territories they had visited.
After Manager Gama returned to the city with a convoy of comforts for the workers, a worker couldn't help but remark, "If only all Nobles' Stewards were like Supervisor Gama, we'd be more motivated and work would progress faster."
