"No," Jiang Shu shook its head. It looked out the car window, and its simulated gaze still held some confusion, "Not mutants. You people seem unable to observe them, yet right now, the streets are swarming with such creatures."
Jiang Shu's response made Liu Tingruo furrow her brows tightly. She hesitated a moment before asking, "Then how are you able to observe them? You are my own creation, so why can you see them?"
"Inversion," Jiang Shu continued, "Adding an 'inversion' setting to the vision is all it takes."
Inversion meant replacing an object's colors with their complementary colors.
