"It seems like W37 is deliberately isolating itself," Zhu Feiyun paused before continuing, "No wonder W37 has a bad reputation in other base cities."
"Reputation?" Shangguan Xi looked at him. "Did you come from a base city with people?"
Zhu Feiyun hesitated for a moment, "It's somewhat populated, but it's a deserted base city. Most of the people gathered there have either run away from other base cities or have been abandoned, with some unable to return to their own base cities where they lived."
"That doesn't sound like a good place," Shangguan Xi said meaningfully. "Can the information be true?"
