Skeleton Island is quite famous at sea.
It is an island established by pirates.
Essentially, it's a den of bandits.
Everyone there is a pirate, or a child of a pirate, who grows up to continue as a pirate.
There's no such thing as 'residents' there.

It's easy to understand the slaves; people are also a kind of commodity.
The pirates must have their own channels to sell these people for money.
These slaves were recently captured and haven't been sold yet.
The residents, however, were not what Fang Hao had imagined.
