A circular experimental hangar with a diameter of 1000 meters, entirely built from reinforced metal. The innermost metal wall is equipped with an ejection slide runway, capable of forcibly launching mechas.
On the right side of the hangar, there's a transparent control room from which the entire hangar and every corner can be clearly seen.
