While speaking, Amanda awkwardly twisted her hands, then added, "Oh, right, Black Peter also said there's a meeting at ten this morning. He told me to remind Yigol not to forget."
A meeting?
Yigol Foster's brows furrowed slightly. What meeting?
"Got it," Yigol replied, and then promptly closed the door.
Amanda looked in the direction of the desk and then towards the bedroom. Staying seemed wrong, but leaving did too. In the end, she bit her lip and left anyway.
When the clock struck ten, Yigol finally finished what he was doing. He sighed deeply, collapsed beside Lucas, wrapped his arms around her, and said, "My lord has finally experienced what it means to 'spend a warm spring night behind the screens,' to the point where the emperor will ignore the morning court."
Lucas let out a 'pfft' and then decisively gave him a kick, shoving him aside, "Move over." Spending so much time on it, did he want her to live? It was exhausting for her, okay? Okay?
