I woke up when I heard a soft knock, and a nurse came into the room. "What time is it?" I ask.
He smiled at me. "It's 6:00 a.m.," he replied. "I'm here to take your vital signs," he said. I let him get my blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate while I am still lying down. A cup of water is given. "Drink this to rehydrate after sleep," he said. "We'll do some light breathing exercises today," he said. We did a few breathing exercises, then he smiled at me after we were done. "That breathing exercise will help you ease the anxiety before the day starts."
