In the Capital's circle, Guoxie has always had the best reputation. Unable to surpass Guoxie's deep-rooted foundation for the time being, Beidu could only take the route of expansion.
Guoxie only had two affiliated hospitals, whereas Beidu had opened seven, recruiting and retaining many more medical graduates each year than Guoxie. This resulted in Guoxie's graduates either staying at their own hospital or being poached by Beidu as potential talent.
Guoxie was not afraid, though; they had always taken the boutique approach, confident that as long as they could attract the best graduates from Beidu each year, they need not fear Beidu's mischief.
Now with a special lecture from Guoxie's star department, people from Beidu came to learn while also trying to find Guoxie's weaknesses. Representatives from other hospitals flocked to the event with similar thoughts and intentions.
