"Aah, you did it again."
The voice carrying visible signs of annoyance broke the dreadful silence. Although Cassian only took a quick peek to stay safe, he could tell that another person had come in through the back door.
"Didn't we agree to keep it down a notch? You can't immediately let go like this just because we moved to a different place."
After taking a few steps back, Cassian found a small opening in the wall that he could see through, allowing him to see the newly arrived man.
Contrary to the first intruder who was wearing some kind of flashy costume, the annoyed man wore a clean black suit and a matching pair of black sunglasses.

The questions in Cassian's head were still pouring in like a flood, but his brain persisted, trying to come up with normal answers.
If anyone were to exclude the two's faces, the first conclusion that they would come to was that a small-sized monster had attacked the house, killing everyone in a gruesome manner.
