Seeing that Ascendant collapse like that was something I didn't expect, his tears carried a lot of weight, it took him several minutes before he was able to calm down, I can't imagine where those tears came from or what emotions he locked inside himself to collapse like that.
After several minutes of crying, he finally calmed down enough to talk, there is nothing sadder than seeing a grown man cry.
